Sarah Montague

Creative Director of Adult and Youth Programs and Community Outreach at The San Francisco Bay Club

Sarah returns to us after launching the Youth and Family Program at UCSF’s Bakar Fitness & Recreation Center . Her former role at The San Francisco Bay Club was Youth Outreach Coordinator where she forged a relationship with Marina Middle School and directed Culture Shock Youth Outreach Hip-hop Dance Company. She is also the former Group Exercise Director for Bay Club Marin, where she was an integral part of the Club’s 2002 grand opening. Sarah brings with her more than ten years of experience enriching group programming for adults and children of all ages. In addition to her work with Western Athletic Clubs, she has directed programs for Club One, Bally’s, and Gold’s Gyms—and spent a year at the Youth Leadership Institute, a non-profit youth advocacy agency. Sarah is also the mother of an energetic six-year old.
